Armor Plastics was founded to design and create high quality polycarbonate coatings for a broad range of applications. Our products are used by integrated circuit manufacturers, touch panel producers, ITO coaters, transit authorities, display manufacturers, and flexible and printed electronics companies.

Armor Plastics was born out of a need to make polycarbonate coatings more efficient and more accessible. We pride ourselves on quality coatings, short lead times, and a commitment to servicing all our customers from the smallest to the largest.

What We Do

We specialize in hard coating that can be applied to many materials and used in a variety of applications. Our products provide protection to touch screens, lighting units, clean room enclosures, IC test surfaces, machine guards, safety barriers, transparent glazing in schools and other institutions, and many other applications.

We use UV-cured coating and a proprietary product line to maximize output without sacrificing quality. We’ve refined our process and proven that our hard coating has the same or better abrasion resistance than more expensive thermal coating for flat applications.
