About Our Coating Process

We use UV cured coating to make our flat and formable hard coatings.

Our state-of-the-art, proprietary production line allows us to coat, cure, and seal both sides of polycarbonate sheets in minutes rather than hours, giving us high-efficiency production capabilities. We’ve refined our process and proven that our hard coating has the same or better abrasion resistance than more expensive thermal coating for flat applications.

Shorter Lead Times

Our lead times are typically less than two weeks from the receipt of material. We stock many standard sizes for even shorter lead times. That means faster order fulfillment and easy scalability for large or small order quantities without sacrificing quality.

Our rigorous inspection and quality control team ensures ideal clarity and hardness along with defect-free results.  Our sealed line and careful clean room procedures prevent contaminants from corrupting the product and compromising its function.

Our research and development facilities where our coatings and materials can test and measure product characteristics to give you the highest possible quality product. We work with top of the line equipment and can certify Tabor Abrasion tests on every order to ensure the best quality product.
